General Information
Q: What types of classes do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of beginner-friendly fitness classes, including pole dance, twerk, heels dance, yoga, and stretching. Each class is designed to help women build confidence, improve flexibility, and enjoy a fun, empowering workout.
Q: Who can join your classes?
A: Our classes are open to all women, regardless of fitness level or experience. No prior dance or fitness background is required—just come ready to have fun and learn!
Q: What should I wear to class?
A: For pole classes, we recommend wearing shorts and a sports bra or tank top to allow for proper grip on the pole. For twerk and heels classes, wear comfortable athletic wear or leggings with knee pads for added protection. Heels are optional but recommended for heels dance classes. Yoga and stretching classes require comfortable, flexible clothing.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Q: What is the FitWright Run Club?
A: Our Run Club kicks off every April and is included in our membership plans starting at $15 per month. Membership perks include:

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are accepted for in-person sign-ups. Personal checks are not accepted.

A: Yes! We offer a variety of high-quality fitness merchandise, including workout apparel, knee pads, grip aids, and accessories. Our products are available for purchase on our website and in-studio.
Q: Do you provide meal plans and workout guides?
A: Yes! We offer customized meal plans, digital workout plans, and instructional fitness videos. These digital resources are available for purchase and can be accessed for a lifetime.
Studio Policies & Contact Information
Q: Do I need to book classes in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available, but reservations are prioritized.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited payments.
